Hey guys, how are you doing? This is the first thing that comes to my mind whenever I hit the keys on my keyboard because that’s something one should ask the readers. But the problem is, readers don’t respond. Lol.
Guys, when it comes to sharing my workout experience, I have to think and compile everything and bring the best version to the table because that’s what should make sense in the end. I have been doing yoga for years now, and I have experienced many things through yoga: bliss, peace, flexibility, and power.
Some of you might be familiar with yoga, or maybe you are familiar with it, but yoga has more potential than people actually think it has, and not many people in this world have mastered yoga.
Yoga might not give you the best-looking aesthetic physique, but it can give you abilities beyond aesthetic looks.
If I give you the brief, I started yoga at a very young age. When I was in Class 8, I used to have yoga classes at school, and on weekends, I used to attend yoga classes at a yoga camp run by Prajapita Ishwariya Vaishnava Vidyalaya.
They used to teach us yoga and meditation and educate us about divine living, ethics, and manners- everything in a wholesome way.
Every experience from childhood still pays off. I remember how I used to feel when I was directed towards the yoga room in school and the yoga camps on weekends. My soul used to die at the name of yoga, but all those hours spent have finally paid off unexpectedly in my life.
My energies are balanced even during low times, and I have seen how my moods used to recover instantly when I felt low. I have learned the meaning and importance of being alone. Now, living alone doesn’t scare me, as it does for people who feel that way.
I have been through hard times, and I have learned that everyone sticks with you because they have something in their heads about you, and when that something is not fulfilled, they might leave your side.
And in times like those, when everyone is against you, you have to dive inside, and in that case, yoga and meditation help a lot. I remember the days when I was down, and everyone was kicking me through different means. People are still doing that, but yoga and meditation helped me to kick back and stand on my feet.
Maybe someday, when this blog completes 1K subscribers, I will share the entire story with all of you.
The best thing you can do for yourself is to learn yoga and meditation and teach the kids as well.

In the era of tech and AI, when our screen time is increasing at a rapid rate, our anxiety, depression, sadness, as well as loneliness, are increasing too. We have to look back and see what solutions our ancestors worked on and gave us as a way to rise during hard times.
Today, even young kids’ minds are not safe from the internet. They are consuming things and later getting depressed about life and not being able to make it big like people show on the internet.
I remember that when I was a kid, I was not thinking about a Lamborghini or an iPhone, but I was thinking about joining the football club of my school and being the star player.
I was thinking about basic goals and achieving basic things, not big dreams. The reason was simple: I was living in the present, and the first thing yoga and meditation teach you is the art of living in the present.
Moreover, if you look at the world’s present conditions, you have to see how much time people have to work out. There is hardly any time left for us to work out. Even the lives of people living in the jungle are much easier than ours because we have to deal with things all the time, and these things are eating us up day by day.
Today, basic survival has become impossible for us.
In times like these, kids, young adults, as well as older people, all need to divert themselves towards yoga and meditation to achieve inner peace as well as physical stability.
I am saying that it’s very, very crucial for today’s kids to opt for yoga and meditation because, if we look at the timetable of students these days, how are they packed with things? Morning school, evening coaching, and night homework. Where is the time left for students to do other things?
How crucial is it for students to play? Because we all have heard it multiple times: a healthy mind lives in a healthy body. If they’re not playing, then how are they going to make things work for themselves?
Because childhood is the only stage when a person can enjoy things. Later in life, things become so hard that they might not enjoy them. When I remember things properly, I only played during my school and college years, and at present, when I am 30+, I don’t even get a single hour to play.
My entire day goes into work, and the night goes into sleeping.
If I take out time to enjoy myself, my tasks remain incomplete.
This is the reality of life for more than 90% of the people in this world. People are in debt and have so much burden on them that they can’t even have time to live a free life.
So, you should think about this and introduce your kids to yoga and meditation at an early age so that later they have a better core.
What Happens With Yoga and Meditation?

When you start yoga, you might feel that you’re just twisting your body in different ways, and some of the poses seem impossible for your back and neck. You feel like, who the hell just invented this yoga thing? But after a week or two, you will start to notice that your back is now stronger, your neck is less agitated, your head is more relaxed, and slowly you will start to love yoga. Then you will think about moving towards meditation.
And when you start moving towards meditation, you will feel like your head is bursting with thoughts. Different thoughts, which you don’t even normally think about, will stick in your head and make you anxious about yourself.
But slowly, after a month, you will realise that you can even spend your entire life sitting in a single place because your head is in your control. At the same time, you will also realise that most problems and solutions are created inside the head, not in the outside world.
Slowly, you will start to realise that you should have started yoga and meditation earlier. Things would have been different in your life.
Your reactions towards events in your life might change, and you as a person would have been happier and more secure in life.
All these benefits will boost your confidence to go with yoga and meditation, and you will find other people and thank me that I told you that yoga can do miracles for you.
Process to Start Your Yoga and Meditation Journey

There is no specific process, but I can guide you towards it based on how I started my own journey of yoga and meditation.
- Start with a yoga mat.
- Find a peaceful space.
- Sit for a while, breathe in and breathe out, and learn to breathe in the first week.
- Do not try to do complex yoga asanas in the first week.
- Start slowly with normal yoga poses and stretching exercises.
- Take help from YouTube and other sources if possible.
- Listen to good music, or you can do it quietly because I prefer to listen to my inner voice instead of music.
- Make sure to have a nice, beautiful water bottle along with you.
Now you’re ready to start with the basics and slowly move towards the complex ones. And if you’re reading this one, make sure to let me know in the comments and share your opinion as well in the comments.
If you need anything specific, let me know that as well, and I will cover that in an upcoming post.
And you should know this: we all should have one thing as a home workout if we don’t get the time to work out on a regular basis, because your health affects every part of your life—relationships, sex, and physical and mental aspects as well.
I have seen people who don’t work out. They are not good at communicating with others, and mostly, their bodies don’t even support them. So, my recommendation is that if you have kids, you should surely introduce yoga and meditation to them.
